A new life, a fresh start
At Kibworth Knoll, our primary aims include the contentment and happiness of all our residents, who are all looked upon as one of our family. Every resident is treated as an individual and is encouraged to exercise choice in all aspects of their care and daily life. Residents are supported by our staff to lead as full and active a lifestyle as possible.
Each resident has their own care plan which is designed specifically around their individual care needs and regularly reviewed with them. A member of the care staff is individually assigned to update and liaise with residents and families to ensure the individual care plan is up to date.
A community as well as a home
We can arrange for additional services for all our residents such as hairdressing, chiropody, optician and dentist visits.
Local GPs and District Nurses regularly visit the Home. Medication is safely administered by a professionally trained senior member of staff, or if residents wish to self medicate then this will be risk assessed accordingly by the management team.
